Looks like more clouds, rain and showers this upcoming week than sun as we enter an unsettled weather pattern. Monday looks like a decent day with partly cloudy skies, by Monday night into Tuesday clouds will be on the increase. By Tuesday late afternoon into the evening we will see showers begin to move into the region. Wednesday into Thursday look to be the wettest days of the week with moderate to heavy rain impacting the region. Steady rain will depart the region on Thursday night, with some sun returning by Friday with a remaining threat off on-going scattered showers and storms that will linger into the weekend. Temps will average in the mid 60’s with the coolest days being Tuesday and Wednesday when we may struggle out of the mid 50’s. Unfortunately we continue to experience below average temps and unsettled weather, which has really been the theme so far this spring. Long range forecasts don’t spell much of a different story with more of the same expected for the first weeks of May.
