Monday was brutally cold across the Hudson Valley…
oh wait…. whoops… that was from mid January. Ah… here we go…
The actual temperatures were so similar… you could see how I might get the two confused.
The almanac from January also indicates that those temperatures were average for that time of year. So once again… it’s March 23rd, and we’re stuck with mid January weather. March is getting colder by the minute… as we’re now -4.2° on the month. That number should get colder on Tuesday… before we have a 2 day heat wave.
So Tuesday is our transition day… as we see clouds and sun, and temps into the 40s. By Wednesday, we’ll see our next storm system approaching… and with it, comes the warm weather.
Wednesday and Thursday look warmer… with Thursday threatening to break 60 degrees! The catch?? … The threat of showers will linger thru both days, and the threat of steady rain on Thursday… as the storm passes by.
We’ve got the complete details available on the HVW 5 Day Forecast… so please check there if you have plans coming up in the next few days. Sorry for the short update… but the Weather Peanut is calling. Have a great Tuesday!
