Another warm and humid day across the Hudson Valley on Monday. Afternoon highs reached the mid to upper 80s, but the humidity was rather high… that lead to real feel temperatures in the low 90s.
As we head into Tuesday, we’ll see an east/southeast flow spread a good deal of cloudiness into the Hudson Valley. The clouds will mix with a few breaks of sun as we move through the day… but along with the clouds, will come the threat of a few showers, even a thunderstorm…
The southeast flow and clouds will help to keep temperatures down a few degrees (near 80°)… but the humidity will make up for that, providing a rather sticky feel across the area.
The moisture looks rather scattered and disorganized… so we’ll expect clouds, some sun… and the threat of showers and T-Storms thru the day, and into the night Tuesday. All accompanied by some thick humidity.
Wednesday, we’ll see the front push thru the Hudson Valley during the day… reducing humidity significantly, and providing a dry comfortable feel for much of the 2nd half of the week. We’ll continue to monitor it. For complete forecast details, please check out the HVW 5 Day Forecast.
Thanks for your continued support of HVW! Keep an umbrella handy for what promises to be an unsettled day on Tuesday. Have a great day!
