Another very warm… very humid day on Friday to close out the work week. Poughkeepsie topped out at 88° before the thunderstorms arrived. As of this post, we don’t have rainfall amounts… so we’ll take a look at those on Saturday. Early data suggests that most of the region saw less than 0.25″ of rain… with a few narrow bands of over 1″.
With the strong to severe thunderstorms behind us… Saturday looks increasingly nice, the further you get into the day…
Those of us doing the Walkway Over the Hudson race on Saturday, may find themselves pleasantly surprised… as the forecast looks quite a bit better for a Saturday Morning run. Clouds will start the day… but as those clouds break up, it should leave the Hudson Valley with partly cloudy skies, and temperatures cracking into the 80s…
Sunday looks quite nice as well… the primary difference, being that it currently looks like one or two late day thunderstorms may break into the Hudson Valley. For the moment, it’s looking like a small chance… but we’ll keep an eye on the threat Sunday and keep you informed.
Monday looks humid and unsettled, as we enter the work week. For more details, please check out the:

Have a super Saturday, everyone!
