I hear geese flying north, birds chirping and signals of an incoming warm front that will help crank us to possible record warmth (record high = 68°… set in 2000). Highs today will attempt to push to 70 degrees or better under prime conditions.
If that isn’t a good enough reason to get outside, maybe the unsettled weather moving in tomorrow is. A decent rain maker will bring up to 1 inch of rain to parts the region tomorrow, making today an awesome day to put down grass seed. The threat of showers will increase from north to south thru the afternoon hours… and last into the night on Thursday.
After tomorrow’s rain we will see temps remain above tomorrow in the medium range but also cooler than the last two days. Also another period of unsettled weather looks to impact the region for the start of next week as well. We will have more on tomorrow rain event in our next update, no point in spoiling today’s beautiful weather with too much rain talk. Everyone have a great day and thanks for all of the support!
