The sun makes a triumphant return on Monday… but the sun won’t do much for our temperatures…
Mostly sunny skies with a cool fall chill will be the story for the next day or two. Clouds will roll into the Hudson Valley on Tuesday afternoon, in advance of a storm system that contains the remnants of Hurricane Patricia. Texas and the Gulf Coast area seeing flooding rains from the leftover moisture from Patricia… but just how much rain the Hudson Valley sees, will need to be monitored.
Some of the data has the heaviest moisture passing to our west… but even so, the Hudson Valley could see around an inch of rain from this system. A safe bet, would be to plan for a wet Wednesday… especially afternoon and night. We’ll fine tune the details as we get closer.
