Our stretch of warm weather will continue through the weekend, as we will see temperatures that are 10° to 15° above average.
Expect a mix of clouds and sunshine through the day. A weak boundary will stall out over the eastern US this weekend, and it will keep us rather unsettled. You can see on this simulated radar, that there are a few spot rain showers or sprinkles around the region… but they look very light, and very spotty. So don’t expect a washout, but just a warm… slightly more muggy… and a bit unsettled feel to our Friday. Afternoon highs should approach 80° in many areas… making for a late summer feel.
This pattern should persist through the weekend. A general warm, mix of clouds and sunshine… with an ever present threat for a spot shower or sprinkle at times. If you have weekend plans, you should be fine… just be aware of a passing shower or two.
Have a great Friday!
