Our stretch run of late summer weather continues to close out the work week…
The heat will be on once again for our Friday, as high pressure dominates the weather picture yet again. Light southwest winds, will usher in temperatures that are around 10 degrees above average for this time of year. Expect sunshine, a couple clouds, and comfortable humidity levels for your Friday. High temperatures will push near record levels… with highs in the mid 80s. The record high in Poughkeepsie is 87°, set back in 1972… so we’ll see if we can match that today.
The great weather lasts into Saturday, as the heat will stay for one final day. Clouds will mix in at times, and temps should again reach into the 80s. A front pushes thru for Sunday, and drops our temps back near normal for this time of year… so enjoy the heat while you can.

Have a great Friday, Hudson Valley!
