After a couple absolutely gorgeous days… we’ll see slightly cooler temperatures, and high clouds increasing thru the day…
All in all… Friday is shaping up fairly nice, despite the additional clouds and northerly flow. The big questions to answer, relate to the 2nd half of the weekend. A disturbance in the southeast US is spreading clouds and rain into the southern Mid-Atlantic. This disturbance is cut off from the jet stream, and continues to linger in that area. Where it goes… is the tricky question. It appears it will get caught in the jet flow by late weekend, and pulled northeast, and out to sea on Monday. As a result, the best chance for unsettled weather appears to be Sunday night, into early Tuesday. But we’ll keep monitoring this. You can follow the latest ideas in the HVW 5 Day Forecast.
