We’re heading into the time of year where ‘nice’ days are not as ‘nice’ as we may be used to. But Friday should be fine by fall standards…
We should see lots of sunshine and blue skies to close out the work week. High pressure is in place, and we will have winds shifting out of the SW as the day progresses. Afternoon highs will climb near or just above 60°, which is just about average for this time of year. So while 60° doesn’t sound like a great day on the surface, you need to remember that we’ve been very spoiled this month… and that this is right where we should be for late October. In addition, the nice warm sunshine should help the day feel even better. Hope you get a chance to enjoy the autumn day!
We’re still watching Sunday closely. It’s a VERY complicated forecast that involves a strong trough of low pressure, interacting with some tropical energy from the Caribbean. The result should be some heavy rain and high winds across the region.
We’ll continue to track this and share some new information soon… have a great day!
